On 20th December '08 we took a coach from the centre of Santiago to San Fernando train station (click here). There, we took a steam train to Santa Cruz. On the train we sampled various white, Rosé and Red wines with cheeses, fruit and Chilean pastries. We visited a vineyard (click here) and had more wine and a rather posh meal, then we looked around the town of Santa Cruz, with its museum and famous 5-star hotel.
